oh, i am so proud of that first picture!! some issues w/ the speed lines, but i think it's ok! (if i do say so myself!)
MK expected something to come flying at him, so he thought he "beamed" it away, i guess one would say. but nothing actually came out, cuz the gunpowder was wet! (he waved his sword to the side of that girl (whose name comes up in the next page) so he wouldn't hurt her more than she already was. he's nice like that.)
she's a little on edge, so when mety stares at her (glares even, i guess) she throws her pistol at him. useless at the moment isn't it?
