The Visitation Part Three     Meta Knight closed the door to his room behind him. He looked back at Enelya and smiled. Now that they were alone, he felt perfectly comfortable with taking his mask off, so he set it down before sitting beside her.
    "So how have you been?"
    Meta Knight felt the smile drop from his face. "Lonely," he said after a pause.
    He heard her sigh. "So have I."
    They lapsed into a brief silence and Meta Knight found himself staring at her transparent hand. He reached out to touch her; he wanted so badly to crawl into her lap and cry. He wished that this had all been just a terrible dream and that he  would wake up soon to fin
Log Six Part Five     Meta Knight sighed quietly to himself. They were let go for a while since the sheriff had other people to question besides just them. He felt pretty certain that the sheriff suspected them—even he had to admit their story didn't make much sense.
    "We'll get outta this one," Enelya said quietly to him. She smiled at patted his hand. "You'll see."
    Meta Knight didn't share her optimism. "This really has become quite the nightmare…" he muttered angrily.
    "Oh, cheer up. Don't lose hope. I bet you, any moment now, at least one of the crew members will march through that doorway and whisk us outta here."
